This is obviously an older property but it was nicely upgraded and very, very clean. If I had on complaint, it was the air conditioner. It worked fine but would cycle on and off instead of a constant fan. I would stay there again.

I had a lovely experience! There were hotel options right off expressway but Campbell's Motel felt cozy. I had a strong positive feeling about the motel and I like supporting small businesses, that is why I chose Campbell's Motel. Photos of room on website were accurate. Check-in was quick and easy, I arrived late, after 9PM. I felt safe, area was quiet. Staff was kind and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Small frig and microwave were available. It does appear that it had recently been remodeled and updated and they did a wonderful job. They do offer breakfast, 7-9AM, but unfortunately I did not get a chance to see spread and enjoy. There are fast food options right off highway. Location is just couple miles off expressway which is worth price, quality and comfort. I definitely recommend.

This motel is upscaled for a budget property. Newly refurbished and attractively done. Breakfast is a continental. Yes, I would stay again..

It was okay for the price the property and rooms were clean, water pressure and plumbing was subpar probably would have had better luck showering in the rain. The owner was nice and accommodating but does not like kids and made that clear with multiple comments that were unnecessary. Overall wasn't terrible.

Quiet and clean! It's an easy-to-get-to cute motel with the necessities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Basic amenities. Great price! Grab and Go breakfast items available in the lobby. My only two *minor* gripes: the mini fridge froze my salad (I could not find a way to adjust the temperature) and powdered creamer at the coffee station. I'd rather have actual cream and I think that would be an easy upgrade.

This was an excellent little motel to stay in. Not only were the rooms clean but they looked really nice inside. Bathrooms were excellent bed was great. This particular location there's a lot of the Big chain motels this place would be an excellent option and it's very affordable.

This was a very small and quaint motel. Room 101 was small but doable, clean but unfortunately the room had a very strong smell of a cleaning chemicals or something. So we sat outside for awhile at the picnic table after we came back from dinner while we opened the window hoping it would air out. After discussing with my husband I did call the managers to bring it to his attention. We slept with the window open and the exhausted fan on full blast. He did say he would give us 50 percent off the price, (That was we thought he said) but in the morning that changed, he started off rude to my husband and that didnt go very well. Two stubborn male egos dont go well together. Needless to say and to be honest, the manager and my husband both had horrible language to each other. Good luck trying to solve anything. Hope everyone else has a great stay. Just dont ask for help.
