"Our check in was good, front desk clerk was very nice but as we were going to bed another family unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully we had the security bolt in place but it was unsettling and disruptive! Someone had given our room to another family! In these days of so many security checks in place, this should not have happened! I expected better from a national company like Holiday Inn! We paid $200 to be unsafe in our room! What would have happened if we hadn’t had the...

"The room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it. It was a “non smoking” room, but the rooms around it must have been smoking rooms because I could smell smoke from time to time. The towels were very thin and the stopper in the tub did not work. The next morning, the cable was out for awhile and when it came back on was only working for the network channels."

"Lost our reservation. Didn’t get any kind of notice that the hotel was being bought by another hotel and property was in horrible condition. Hotel stunk and was dirty. Room was in terrible condition and stunk. No TV in room. Had to get staff to bring us one. Bathroom was gross. No hot water. Place looked very unsafe. Would not have stayed here but could not find another room in town. Awful experience. "

"We were only there for one night but we found the hotel to be clean & friendly. We had a minor issue with the HVAC but it was resolved within minutes of us letting the desk know. The breakfast was delicious. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone."
