Welcome to a timeless retreat by the water - a century-old home that marries modern comfort with historic allure. The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. The light and airy kitchen include quartz countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The spacious bedrooms, living area, and dining room are caressed by daylight, creating an ambiance that is both uplifting and soothing.
The space
Located directly across the street from Lake Erie! Enjoy the amazing view from the large front porch that features both a sitting and dining area. Once entering the ranch style home you are welcomed by timeless charm with all the modern amenities. The living room features a large sectional couch and 2 chairs. Kick back relax and enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. Large dining room separates the living room from the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your favorite meals. The kitchen also has another table with seating for 2. The main bed room features a large king bed, 2 nightstands and 2 chairs. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds and a nightstand. Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers and racks. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart TV's. The home has a workspace, high speed internet, a record player and bluetooth speaker. Out back you can enjoy the propane grill and fire pit with adirondack chairs. The home is close to multiple dining locations and wineries. We offer recommendations in our in home guest book to help make your stay the best.

We had a very nice stay. Cottage was comfortable, beautifully decorated and super clean.The public beach and winery were close by. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Whie Sands beachhouse last week! Cottage was modern & beautifully decorated! Loved the convenient coded door lock; no key necessary! Beach just a mile away. Would like the brand name of dishwasher; worked great & we're in the market.

We only were able to stay one night and would have loved to be here more. House was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Nice neighborhood for evening walks. Hosts left so many nice extras. They made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this property

Cute place!
We stayed one night and enjoyed our time there. The house is super cute and the owners left helpful information for visitors. Our only suggestion would be a bit more clarity surrounding the lake access (there were a lot of "private property" signs, so we weren't really comfortable with trying to walk down there).

Amazing stay @ White Sands Lake House
The house is as cute as can be.. charming, adorably decorated, stocked & clean. We felt right at home with our 4 night stay. Communication with the owner was quick & efficient. The area is quiet, close to the lake & conveniently located within 15 minutes of Spire (which is why we were in town). Highly recommended this beautiful home.
