"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

Desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast selections were diverse. The location was great for El Prado and the gardens. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance."
