The property was reasonably clean and the check-in was easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. One thing I have to say is that I got bit by bed bugs and I have never had this experience at a hotel or other stay.

I stayed in a recently renewed flat. The area is beautiful and has many dining options. However, the flat was on the first floo and we had the a restaurant jurst below us, and Spaniards party until 4 a.m. every day, so we did not sleep. No soap or rags to do Dishes and basically nonsoace to eat. More than a flat this is a hotel room.

Meets basic needs for short stay during which you spend most of the day outside. The room has comfortable and clean bed. Clean shower. No breakfast is available. Can go the bar downstairs that opens at 0800. Can be loud late at night because of the bar.

The room was spacious. Light fitting falling off the wall. Location good - not far from metro stations. Staff nice. Some confusion over breakfast- I had booked a room for 2, but when I went to get the ticket it was only for 1. My niece who is 17 counted as a child (!) But they amended the ticket. Also breakfast felt a little stingy - coffee and a pastry or cola cao (not thick chocolate) with tiny churros. Walls very thin - you can here all movement- take ear plugs! But for the location and comfy bed in a budget hotel it was good value.

The hotel don’t have a sign to identify the place. They never answer the phone. We where around 45 minutes looking for the location. When finally found it, the person in front desk was super rough and when the phone was ringing and he never answer it. He was looking at a game in the TV. The room smell ugly, a couple of things was broken. The floor was dirty. Is the worst experience that I have in all my travels

Gostamos muito da localização, fácil acesso aos pontos mais famosos de Madri, e fácil acesso ao transporte público, bons locais próximos para refeições. Quarto espaçoso, com banheiro amplo, o que nos encomodou foi somente o barulho do bar na sexta a noite e do corredor.

Están en remodelación y la primera estancia no había luz en el pasillo común del piso 6 y en la segunda fa estancia no hubo agua caliente y en esas fechas era imposible bañarse con el agua tan fría y que es invierno
