The owner has spared no expense at making this home what you are looking for in your vacation or mountain getaway. Only minutes to downtown Waynesville, Maggie Valley and all the local restaurants and attractions. For the skiers, Cataloochee ski resort is only 15 minutes from this home. For those venturing to Asheville for the local fare the drive is a picturesque 35 minutes and the airport only 40 minutes. For the hikers the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is only 15 minutes away. Make sure you stop on the way up to see the local Elk preserved in this area. White water rafting and other outdoor activities are in abundance and conveniently located.

Great location and fun to watch golfers play through on the par 3 right with a view from the balcony. Walking distance to the creek and short drives to great hikes and downtown Waynesville.

Great for Golfers
On Maggie Valley CC course but lots of courses within 30 - 45 minutes. Condo is comfortable and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice to sit on balcony and watch people play the 9th hole.

We have enjoyed our stay in this condo which is part of the Maggie Valley County Club. It was very clean for our arrival. All the furniture was in very good condition. The views of the surrounding area was great. There are lots to do around Maggie Valley. The property manager was very personable and easy to deal with.

Enjoyable Stay in Comfortable Condo
The condo was exactly as represented in the listing, was very well equipped, and clean as expected. The property manager was especially helpful and prompt in all communications. Third floor condo with nice view of golf course and trees. Large outdoor patio with ample furniture, although the couch and rocking chair were not especially comfortable. Nice table/chairs for eating. Indoors was dark despite being on upper floor, but well and comfortably furnished. Master bed was very comfortable and walk in shower worked great. Property could be accessed via stairs or elevator. All basic supplies were included including laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Many basic supplies like sandwich baggies and condiments were also available if needed. There master bedroom dresser and closet were empty so it was easy for us to unpack and put out own stuff away. Counters and tables had adequate empty space for our own personal items. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely rent this unit again when returning.

Kitchen needs better cleaning.
Overall the condo was clean. The kitchen could use more attention. Freezer shelves on door were dirty, crumbs in drawers, sink had dried food and corn silks stuck to the surface.

Mountain Retreat
The condo is located in a beautiful golf course near the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Asheville, NC. Great property and location. Owners suggested good restaurants and were responsive to any request! We loved the vacation we had there.
