"The property definitely needs updating but was comfortable. They charged us $50.00 more than what it was suppose to be and still haven't removed the extra charge from our credit card."

"The rooms were clean. Our room needs a little TLC as it had some small dents in the wall. But the room had very nice ambience. Also, your only pillow choices are "Memory Foam" pillows which were incredibly firm. I am not a memory foam pillow sleeper, and so it felt like I was sleeping on a "brick" all night. It would be nice if the inn offered at least 1 or 2 pillows that were not memory foam."

"This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place but not Hyatt chain. I did like that I was able to order something to eat after 8 pm which is not always possible with most hotels. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was super friendly. While Hyatt Place might cost a little more than your typical budget friendly hotel, it is definitely worth the price."

"We had a room with two doubles. There was a good sized kitchen. The finishes were modern. The room felt new and was clean. Breakfast was fine. No fresh fruit or tea. But there was cereal, non-dairy milk and regular milk, grits and a hot sausage sandwich. Overall very pleased with our stay. The staff were not only polite, but very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood was built around 2020 so is a new hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in a clean, modern style which I like. The walk in shower is well designed with the controls far enough away from the shower head that I could select the water temperature I wanted before stepping under the shower head.
