Julie in the restuarant was really lovely - great personality and a high level of customer service. The dinner and breakfast were delicious - lots of choice in the buffet with also a menu of freshly cooked hot food. The ground and castle staff were also very helpful and courteous. I can't fault anything about our stay. "
