"Great property, well supplied, absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets. All in our party noticed the cleanliness of the property immediately on arrival. Our group was there primarily for fishing the lake so we docked a 14 passenger pontoon easily at the dock which was nice as often docking can be treacherous with rocks and shallows but this was easy going. Property owner was very helpful with recommendations and info as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay here very much. "

"L'endroit n'est pas luxueux mais très correct. Le point négatif réside dans les frais de l'hôte. Ces frais devaient se situer à 22,18 $ US alors qu'ils nous ont facturé 148,07 US. Après 2 courriels à l'hôte et 2 appels à VRBO, il nous a été impossible de recouvrer la différence des frais payés. Nous avons dû avoir recours à notre banque pour nous faire rembourser cette différence. Très déçus des hôtes et de VRBO qui aurait dû normalement assumer ces démarches pour nous."

"If you want to get away to the most peaceful place in the most perfect home, you need to stay here! Our friends decided to tube the Kennebec River and stay in this lovely house. It was perfect for all twelve of us! I love the woodsy decor, the deck and fireplace, and the ample room where we could hang out together or find spots a little more private for resting and recharging. "Totally overpriced. Cost was twice what was advertised and Cleaning charges for a VRBO were ridiculous. This is a motel room. Bare bones, nothing extra. I have lost all trust in VRBOs if this kind of property is represented."
