"We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, travel 4 months per year, and this is truly one of the best places we’ve found - amazing service, facilities, room finishes. SOPHIA the concierge is a great help, a true pro who gets things done with high quality. The hotel private car was great - we were greeted by name as we arrived at the hotel and then checked in from our room - so convenient! The bellmen always greeted us by name with a smile. Dining in the lobby was very good but don’t miss the excellent cuisine in Spices. Truly outstanding and a great value for the price! Just cancelled our hotel at Shangri La later this month just so we could return to this place. @leoperezphotos"
