The property was great. Except if you smoke, they'll let you smoke in the balcony, but those rooms are next the street. And if you're a light sleeper, don't take that side and just smoke around the corner outside the building. The A/C died 8n the morning, thry can't fix it, so moved us to a new room. Other than this, it was super place!

It has tunnel access to the Power Plant Mall which was very convenient for us to go shopping and buy groceries. They have pretty good selection of restaurants for breakfast, such ans Prologue, Rocky’s cafe and Pancake House and they can give you a cart ride to go these places.

In between on my review with this one. the staff were excellent in their service. The property could you a bit of updating, i.e. loose soap dishes in shower etc.. The rules are hard to understand which makes almost every ask an expense whilst included in most hotel stays. They try to accommodate at a 5 star level yet the rules and general condition of the building keep them below this mark.
