Our first stay at the Conrad exceeded expectations. The modern, welcoming lobby set the tone, and Majid upgraded us to a suite with a full Haram view. The spacious suite featured a separate living room and bedroom, both offering breathtaking views. The tasteful furnishings included thoughtful touches like a prayer mat and weighing scale, alongside essentials such as a coffee machine, safe, and hair dryer. In-room dining was excellent, with a good menu selection and quick service. The hotel’s location in Jabal Omar offers convenient access to King Fahd Gate (via a street and slight ramp) and a variety of shopping options on the concourse level. The bed was very comfortable, and the suite’s panoramic Haram views were unforgettable. The bathroom felt like a luxurious spa, with marble finishes, a large shower with a bench, ample towels, and a separate toilet area with a bidet. The vanity provided plenty of counter space, and the extras—dental kits, cotton swabs, and more—showed great attention to detail. Our only suggestion would be to increase staffing during late evenings to better accommodate travelers arriving at all hours. Overall, an exceptional stay that combined luxury, convenience, and thoughtful service. Will definitey be staying here again.

Hotel location is perfect. Cleanliness was ok except that we found the bidet sprayer dirty and we had to Lysol it. The worst part was the hotel not honoring Expedia breakfast included for all of us. They claimed that breakfast is only provided for adults. Kids has to pay. We ended up paying for one extra even though our reservation was clear for four people. One night we called for towels and were promised to be sent promptly and no one showed up. This is a VERY expensive Hilton brand and these things are puzzling. Our nightly rate was over 800 Canadian dollars.

Less than 5 minutes’ walk to King Fahd Gate 79, which was very convenient. Also close to the Clock Tower. The location is excellent for easy access. However, the room had a strong smell that resembled cigarette smoke. My family says it might be oud, but I’m not sure—it gave me a headache. The smell was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at The Conrad whilst visiting Makkah for Umrah. The hotel is fantastic, it is exactly what is needed whilst there. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is just amazing. Special shout out to Shaheen who was very respectful and would always help us out and he did a great job cleaning our room. The location is very very ideal as it is right in front of the main gate of the Haram, the elevators would take you right to the front, all you had to do was cross the road and you would be in the Haram. The food court within the complex was also good with all your big names there and variety of food options. I would definitely recommend the Conrad and I cant wait for my next stay there again!

This is my second visit to this hotel, unfortunately the room smells bed and after the complaint didn’t get any assistance, Also booked the executive room with free lounge access included, but at the time of check inn , girl said the time is 2 to 4pm, which is weird because the room check in time was after 4, so whats the point to pay extra for executive room? Overall the stay was disappointing.

Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security clearance at the entry level. It delayed my departure for half an hour. I would stay again here in the future.

I stayed at the Conrad with my wife, and the experience was exceptional. The manager, Muhammad Ali, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The staff was prompt, respectful, and provided excellent support, allowing us to focus entirely on our Umrah. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit.

Convenient, convenient convenient!!! Minutes from the Haram.... Can see the two minarets at Door 79. Can see how much crowd there is going and coming!!! Beautiful!! I would definitely stay there again.
