"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived we couldn’t checkin with the automated system which was a hassle. When we got a hold of someone on the phone and finally got into our room, it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen (stains and shaved hair absolutely covering the bathroom sink, dirty underwear on the floor, dirty dishes in the kitchen, etc). When we called the desk, they moved us into a room that was basically in an active parking lot on the ground floor, so we couldn’t...
