"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!!
