"Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early. Our room was a city view as requested and although listed as “pure silence” some noise was experienced as the original windows are single glazed. We could hear tourists walking and talking as they passed by...

"Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying."
