A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent.

Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. A/c wasn’t working properly, room was t hot. Have to open the window for room to get colder. They tried to explain that during winter the ac only works in heat mode. I tried changing the temperature on the control panel and it was always the same. It didn’t work. For only that reason i am giving this 3 star review, if that wouldn’t happen it would have been a good stay. Friendly staff, place looks good.
