"What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. "My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Only drawbacks were hot water and drainage in shower and removing items from previous guest. It would have been nice to know that we were walking through one bedroom to get to the primary bedroom. "The property and stay itself was good. Trying to retrieve an item left behind is a bit ridiculous especially if you are visiting from out of state. Returned to retrieve a jacket I left prior to heading to the airport. I wasn’t allowed to retrieve my jacket from the closet. Staff would not go check. However they took my name and number and stated they would call if found. I was right there. I had to ask a friend to go there to pick up my coat, spend unnecessary money to mail it back to me....
