"Rundum waren wir zufrieden jedoch war die Unterkunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt, was an Frank zurückgemeldet wurde. Das Häuschen hat Charme ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen; es könnte hier und da eine kleine Renovation benötigen (Stühle abschleifen neu lackieren, Armaturen, Aussenbereich, Türe lässt sich nicht von innen abschließen) aber wie gesagt für eine Woche ausreichend und gemütlich. Die Nähe zu den drei Stränden/Buchten ist genial, für den Supermarkt muss man in den nächsten Ort...

"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing...

"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. "The Villa is in a great, quiet location, easy walk to a couple of beaches, close to local supermarkets for your essentials and a few restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed, very clean and as described in the itinerary. We were met by Corinna who explained all the facilities in the Villa and advised where everything was locally. "My extended family of 16 stayed in this beautiful property and it was a wonderful experience. We all came there for my mother's 80th birthday, and it was such a special experience. We had so much space and the houses were so beautiful. The pool was a bonus, and the hosts were constantly available for any questions, information or needs. It is on a truly beautiful part of Mallorca that is off the beaten path, and I highly recommend this place as well as our lovely hosts."

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Carpe Diem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohnsiedlung & ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill hat unsere Abende perfekt gemacht. Der Check-In hat unkompliziert und wie vereinbart funktioniert. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls super - gepflegte Anlage mit Liegen. "We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area...

"A very nice two bedroom with a lovely outside patio area. Very guilt a secluded backing on to a forested ravine with other houses across the gap. No mountain views but still quite scenic. It is a little out of the way from any of the more touristic areas of Mallorca. The beach is close but not so useful in February. Still we had a very comfortable and quiet stay which is what we were looking for."
