"No frills, but the place was clean, had all the amenities, great location in the redwood forest near Point Arena and the host, Carrie, was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions and needs. "We had a delightful stay at Seaglass. The general consensus was that Seaglass was possibly the best spot of all the vacation rentals we have booked in the country. That is saying a lot as the 3 of us have traveled quite extensively. We tried to book another night, but unfortunately it was already booked. :-( The views were incredible. The decor was tasteful. The bathroom was large and luxurious. The location was serene and majestic. We plan to return soon. ."

"This place is as described. While you’re mainly secluded, the Octogon is relatively close to (what I’m assuming is) the owner’s house. The Octogon contains an air-mattress bed, and is sparsely furnished. But is clean, and smells of fresh-cut wood. The bathroom (toilet is a composting toilet,) is not connected to the octogon. The site does have two Adirondack chairs to lounge on outside. Good WiFi. "

"Our Family came here over the 4th of July! We wanted a quiet getaway from all the craziness. We had a great time. The private beach was perfect! The location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood near a pond great place to walk our dogs. The game room was nice to have. Overall a wonderful stay we can't wait to come back."

"This property is nice, cute, well maintained and close to the beautiful California Coast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the afternoon sun with ocean breezes. We were hoping to be able to prepare dinner during our stay, but it was not easy with no oven or BBQ. "I loved the house. The only comment I would make and it is not a negative, just to let people be aware. The only bathroom is up about 5 stairs next to the kitchen and if you using the bathroom during the night, be aware that you need to navigate walking into the next room and walking up some stairs. But, the place if great and is very welcoming!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean, newly remodeled, there is no personal clutter, and the size is perfect for a couple or small family. It almost looks like a house that's staged for selling, everything just looks new/fresh and modern, yet very comfortable. We prefer king beds, but the queen beds were very comfortable. The only minor downside really is the fact that you can't walk anywhere - everything requires the car, especially if you want to go to a beach or restaurant....
