This place is so magical. Quiet, clean, so beautiful, the staff is exceptional. Played tennis which was so fun, used the bikes, the beach is awesome We loved our stay here!

As áreas comuns do resort são sensacionais. Entretanto a acomodação deixou a desejar👎 Banheiro muito antigo, box com higienização precária e colchão muito duro. Vale a pena investir nos quartos mais centrais, pois a área comum ficou super distante desta acomodação.

Hotel muito organizado, comida de qualidade, atendimento simpático, loja da Grand Cru. Não faltam toalhas nem produtos de higiene no quarto, arrumação ágil. Só poderia ter mais aquecimento nas piscinas.

Pior experiência imaginável, quarto em pessímo estado, serviço de limpeza horrível, serviço de bar desorganizado e muito demorado, piscinas impossíveis de serem utilizadas pela baixa temperatura e não haver climatização, os colaboradores em geral prepotentes e sem o mínimo de prestatividade, a gerência inexistente. Em resumo foi uma das piores experiências mesmo tendo um altíssimo custo.

Desorganização no check-in e restaurante
Só não gostei qdo chegamos no check-in. Uma fila enorme, não tinha prioridade para meus pais idosos no atendimento e o quarto não estava pronto. O check-out é as 12hs e mesmo o check-in sendo as 15hs muitas pessoas no lobby esperando pelo quarto. Deram uma cortesia (bebidas do bar) para compensar mas não foi suficiente pois se tivéssemos recebido o quarto antes poderíamos aproveitar mais o sol da praia nos trocando e acomodando nossas malas de maneira mais organizada. Outro ponto foi que pedem para agendar o horário da janta mas chegamos lá as 7hs e não tinha lugar, ficamos 30 minutos esperando, idosos, familias com crianças pequenas...e qdo alguns queriam ir na pizzaria, falaram que é pago para hóspede, que tinham desconto de 50%. Se o restaurante não tinha lugares deveriam ser de graça a pizzaria que faz parte das dependências. Isso foi no primeiro dia. Nos outros dias não tivemos problemas. Do resto a nossa estadia foi ótima! Alguns pontos a melhorar...mas no final foi bom. Eu voltaria a me hospedar no resort.
