Las habitaciones era pequeñas y los colchones y almohadas no estaban muy cómodos. Mis amigos se quedaron en hostales más baratas y mucho más cómodas. La ubicación fue lo mejor.

The rooms were infested with water bugs. The beds had them! It was horrifying. Once we informed the staff they stated they were unable to do anything about it. We ended up having to switch hotels as every single room had millions of water bugs.

Nothing unique about the property. There was a nightclub on the street that played music so loud it set off car alarms parked nearby. This went on all night. Wiuld not recommend staying here.

La limpieza no fue tan buena, solo acceptable. Pero lo peor de todo es que ya tenia pagado Todo solo para IR y disfrutar. Al momento del check in , me dijeron que no les reflejaba mi pago por orbitz y que tenia que pagar de Nuevo. Yo le explique que ya estaba pagado y le enseñe mi reserva con pago. Llame a orbitz y me dijeron que tenian Todo procesado pero en El hotel no Les reflejaba . Finalmente orbitz me dijo que pague y que Ellos me devolvian. Obviamente no pague de nuevo porque ya habia pagado por orbitz. En El hotel me dijeron que estaba pasando Este problema seguido porque Ellos ya no estan trabajando con orbitz o booking desde la pandemia. Entonces no entiendo porque permiten hacer reservas y no sacan El hotel de esta pagina. Definitivamente mala experiencia, SI quieren ir , vayan pero paguen alla. Pero me dañaron la vacaciones ya que estuve una hora tratando de explicar y hacerles entender que ya habia pagado mediante orbitz y que no iba a Pagar de Nuevo. NO PAGUEN mediante Este Medio.
