The hotel was nice & clean. The coffee pot didn’t work in our room however, there was hot coffee downstairs. Also, the continental breakfast surprised me that they had, everything was fresh & hot. Overall- I would stay again.

Very clean and reasonable on price,close to town for dining and gas.The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative on amenities of the hotel,We will return in the future and I would recommend to others.

Shelly at the front desk was just wonderful! Warm and welcoming, offered to help with luggage, provided everything we needed! Hotel also nice and clean and you can tell it is well maintained. Would stay again.

We booked a standard king room and were given a king room with a jetted tub, which only had a hand held shower wand, no spot to put the hand held up to take a shower and no shower curtain. Inconvenient to say the least when you want to shower. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the thermostat didn’t work on the hvac unit. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with our stay. This time not so much, especially for almost $300 for ONE night! The room we were in was BEYOND in need of basic repairs, cracked fiberglass tub, bathroom door and ceiling had damage, etc., and definitely needs an update. A shower would be better, I don’t think anyone uses those tubs in hotels, let alone one that old. And everyone definitely wants to take a shower. The staff was great as always! They are always friendly and the shuttle service is excellent! That is the reason we stay here, for easy convenient access to events.

The area was very nice with the boardwalk across the street. The place was very clean and staff was very friendly. I felt very welcomed. I will stay there again if in the area.

The staff was extra nice, the hotel lobby was very homey and comfortable with extra touches like fresh coffee and ice lemon water available at all times, snacks available. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the upper peninsula of Michigan!
