CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CASA VISTA LINDA:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 6
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (including dogs)
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson and Chelan have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).
Outside cameras: For security purposes, we have three outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. The Property has one surveillance camera that looks at the front of the property, one that overlooks the side parking area and driveway, and one that looks at the west end of the property, including the pool and hot tub. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, guest & neighbor/neighborhood security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.
Damage Protection Policy: The total cost of guests’ reservations for this Property will include a damage protection policy (if they do not select the refundable damage deposit only option, which is $1,500). The Damage Protection Policy covers guests for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances).
