"The cottage is spacious for 2 people. It is very comfortable and easy to navigate to and from in a quiet neighborhood. It is well appointed. We chose it to have access to the south and west. The resident lab is friendly and likes head scratches. "

Because of that, I wasn't able to get in until 1:30 am. It was very tough to find at that time and there wasn't very much for parking. However, it is a good spot for 1 night when passing through."

"My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!"

"The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc."

"I forgot to do this when I got home from my trip. It was myself, my girlfriend and mother who stayed here for a few days to attend Rhode Island Comic Con. The house is only a 10 mintue drive from the convention center. It's a very nice and cozy place, with big beautiful couches, one reclines, and a GIANT beautiful tv in the living room. "The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "
