Located just a short distance from Manyana Beach, this guest accommodation has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area, laundry and bathroom. Enjoy alfresco dining with private courtyard. Facilities such as a soccer field, skate park, tennis courts and enclosed playground, are a 2 minute walk away. Make the best out of the walking tracks to Cunjurong Cafe and continue on to beautiful Lake Conjola. We are a 5 min drive from Benadlong and Berrinja Lake boat ramps and General Store at Bendalong. Please note that the owners live on the property.

Gems Place is amazing
I was so impressed from the minute I walked in… everything has been thought of … the place is beautifully decorated and super comfy bedding, gorgeous linen. This property was such a comfortable and clean space that had everything you need. It made our stay just blissful. The beach and lake are soo close, you can walk to either easily. Gemma the host is wonderful and absolutely lovely.

The host is very helpful. The place is new and clean! Everything you need is there. It’s a short drive to Conjola Beach accessing Lake Conjola. The host accomodated all our requests. The place is so pleasant with lots of add ons like board games, books and snacks!
