After checkin in round midnight the receptionist was very friendly processing the paperwork and give us the key to room 317. Arriving at the room we discovered that the balcony door was not to be opened since a wooden bar instaltion screwed onto the framework prevented to do so. Secondly we discovered that the aircon did not work letting us to sweat all night. Third, after using the bathroom toilet, the flush did not drain down. Because of those three proper lacks we stated the next morning our horrible experience, we were told sorry but not more than those words, whereas on the other side the conditions were held very strickt to charge full payment. We do not in any case recomend this pousada. We are now staying in a very caring alternative paying much less and having much more.

Pousada simplesmente perfeita! Tudo magnífico ! Na minha opinião e de outros hóspedes que conversei, e necessário colocar aquecedor na piscina da cobertura, devido a água ser muito geladae ninguém querer tomar banho, e também da uma melhorada no aquecedor da piscina do terraço, fora isso a pousada e perfeita.

Minha experiência no hotel foi decepcionante e ficou aquém das expectativas. O quarto apresentava sinais de falta de manutenção, com infiltrações visíveis, ar-condicionado ineficiente e o serviço de TV por assinatura (SKY) fora de funcionamento. O banheiro também estava em condições inadequadas, com o box quebrado. Além disso, a recepção demonstrava descuido com a limpeza e a equipe parecia despreparada para atender adequadamente os hóspedes. Infelizmente, não recomendo a hospedagem, pois a experiência foi frustrante. Como pontos positivos, destaco a localização central em Maragogi, o que facilita o acesso a diversas atrações, e o café da manhã, que é variado e bem servido.

Não gostei! Paguei caro e não tive nem o básico. No dia que cheguei o chuveiro estava pingando e resolveram depois de 2 dias me trocando de quarto(fora o Wi-Fi que não pegava na TV). No outro quarto foi até melhor, mas faltou energia (mesmo com o gerador) apenas no hotel e demorou horas para voltar.

Gostamos bastante da pousada, tudo bem organizado porém o ar deixou um pouco a desejar não esfriou o ambiente passamos um pouco de calor, o banheiro é bem pequeno em relação ao tamanho do quarto, mas ganhamos uma ceia de réveillon e tirando o problema do ar condicionado o qual nós nem avisamos nem solicitamos a troca pois a pousada estava muito cheia e não queríamos gerar nenhum desconforto para conseguirmos outro quarto, fora isso foi uma boa estadia, pretendo voltar novamente quando conseguir uma folga do trabalho

Ótima localização em Maragogi, funcionários atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é bem completo, piscinas excelentes. Pontos a melhorar: Os quartos precisam de reforma e um capricho a mais na limpeza, achamos que isso deixou a desejar.

Passamos o réveillon na Pousada dos jangadeiros e gostamos bastante. Voltamos no feriado de15 de novembro e notamos que o padrão caiu principalmente no café da manhã. Muita coisa faltando e demorando para repor. Até café e talheres tivemos que aguardar uns minutos. Pousada certamente estava lotada, mas a quantidade de funcionários demonstrava ser pequena para a demanda. Pelo preço que é cobrado, se não melhorarem irão perder clientes. O melhor da pousada são as duas piscinas. Perfeitas para relaxar num pós praia. Quanto ao quarto, confortável e dentro do esperado pelo quanto é pago na diária. Outro ponto negativo é que a pousada não tem estacionamento. Nosso carro ficou longe e na rua, pois como Maragogi estava lotada de turistas, tivemos que estacionar longe e ir caminhando com nossa bagagem. Como já sabia do fato de não ter estacionamento, foi tranquilo para nós, mas o que nos surpreendeu foi a queda no padrão do café da manhã.
