Full kitchen with washer and dryer in apartment. Central A/C. Lots of room for the whole family and friends! There is an arcade and liquor store downstairs in the restaurant that offers live entertainment (may get noisy). Less than 3 miles from Sombrero Beach & Park. 1 mile away from Publix. Parking for 1 trailer up to 30’.
