We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels. On complaining the Manager move use to a suite which was exceptional but the only criticism of the suite was a 7 in the morning the downstairs speakers from the restaurant were clearly heard in the room I suppose the £5M upgrade forgot that small item of sound proofing.
