"Arrival - we found the property with no issues. Property zip code took us straight there. Bedlinen and bathrooms were clean. "This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. "A great hotel run by superb staff. Super friendly and helpful we would definitely stay here again. A spacious area for parking is directly in front of the building with easy access to reception. It’s very dog friendly - some hotel’s accommodate dogs but are barely tolerant this isn’t one of them. There are tracks to walk from the door in beautiful countryside. The room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable and amenities similar to most hotels in this category. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots of breads, meat, cheese and some fruit. All in all a great stay made more memorable by the fabulous staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it! "

"Hôtel bien situé et agréable .. chambre spacieuse avec le lit très grand et confortable j ai dormi comme un bébé ! Only a one night stay

"We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again. "

"This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything. "
