"We had a really good stay. Sinan and Yunus were magnificent and were always at hand to help. It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. "Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful.
