"I enjoyed this hotel so much when I stayed here twice before. The location and price are excellent. I had stayed on the fourth floor both times before, which was terrific. This time, I was on the second floor, and it was always loud in the rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, it sounded like people were so loud, which made for an unpleasant stay. Still, I will stay here if I come back, but I will ask for a different room. Thanks. "

"Hem merkeze yakın olsun hem konforlu bir otel olsun diyorsanız doğru yer. Hizmet temizlik personelin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar pek büyük değil ama zaten gezmek için geldik sabah çıkıp akşam geldik dinlendik tekrar çıktık. Fazla bir beklentimiz yoktu ama personel ilgisi ve yakınlığı ile bize daha fazlasını sundu. Kahvaltısıda yeterliydi yani bu konumda bu fiyata tam bir F/ P ! Memnun kalmadığımız hiç bir şey olmadı. Özellikle personel 10 numara. Biz talep etmeden Oğlumuz için Çekyatı...

"It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."

"Beautiful old antep property, a quiet setting close to the bazar, restaurants etc. Car parking is a real challenge if your driving, the streets are very narrow to reach their otopark, however the staff are excellent and where able to take control of our car after we had abandoned it in a safe place after our first failed attempt to drive there. All in all a lovely stay with excellent staff and a good breakfast also. "

"A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by...
