"The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect"

"Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "

"I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. " Value 100%. Basic but clean, extremely friendly and accomodating. Lashings of hot water, I was not bothered by staff all the time, as happens in all inclusive hotels. Set breakfast but more than enough for me, included, omelette, tomato, cucumber, potato, cheese, jam, yoghurt egyptian bread and whte bread, tea, coffee and/or water. "Was so good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and shared areas were very clean. The hostel also hosts really fun event most days desert experiences, camel riding, ATVing, scuba diving, snorkelling, karaoke, and group dinners. Huge shout out to Mahmoud for really helping to enrich our experience here. "

"Food quality is bad and not suitable for vegans and no respect for vegetarians and were treated differently when asked. Need to beg for food all days during stay to make the seperate food without meat. We paid money and not staying free to demand proper food. The management looked at is unwelcome for every request made. Not worth the stay if all inclusive. They need to learn to cater meals and have it ready all the time for vegetarians or Vegans. It is basic sense in today world of hospitality....

"We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. Staff were very friendly and wanted to engage in general chit chat , they also appeared to take pride in their jobs , whether they were gardening, cleaning or waitering, visited the on site spa twice , facilities were ok , however the massages were brilliant both times . Hotel is situated on a busy street with plenty of tourists shops, harbour is a short walk and has plenty of restaurants and a nice view. Overall for what we paid we had a nice relaxing break and would revisit but not at peak time. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hurghada!"
