"Very comfortable room, decent size we upgraded to a premium room. Shower great, had to climb into bath -not so good but there were grab rails. Looks to be recently refurbished apart from tatty bathroom door which didn’t affect us Extractor fan not working in bathroom was the only thing but we didn’t find it a problem to us. Furniture a bit worn and tired in rooms again no huge problem. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant. Would have no hesitation...

"The perfect retreat to enjoy some peace and quiet in a gorgeous cottage located in the heart of the countryside. The property is immaculate! Beautifully decorated! The ultimate wow factor has to be the bath! Attention to detail - my favourite was the decanter of bubble bath - is impeccable! Can’t recommend it more! Check in and correspondence with Susan was very easy and Susan quick to respond and assist with any help needed."

Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance.
