"Staff super friendly, cheerful and helpful. We were given a ground floor room without being asked when they spotted one of us was disabled. Food in the diner was great and quick. Bed super comfortable. I’m not keen on the drinking water tap, hot and cold, being out in the corridor! Getting back into the room whilst balancing a jug full of boiling water is not safe for an old person with shaky hands or a young person with one arm."

"It was a beautiful stay here. The only downfall was, there was a party directly downstairs from our room. I completely understand this will happen especially towards Christmas, it just would have been nice to be warned or potentially move rooms. We didn’t get any sleep that night, the music was blasting. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place "
