"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"

"Good and bad: GOOD: This place is in a perfect place by the beach.They have a small but nice and cool pool. The restaurant has a nice view over the ocean, the food is ok, BUT BAD: We do not find their menues transparent enough to show that they add a liquer-tax of 22% plus 9 +9 % other tax. Other places there that we visited did not do that, their prices were all inclusive. Room: the room we got had a bed that was obviuosly not checked before handing over the room to us. "I would rate this property as 1.5 - 2 stars equivalent to U.S. hotels. * The room is small, a/c noicy. Provided towels are not clean. * Walls are paper thin and what the neighbors are talking or listening to is quite loud. I did not get _any_ sleep because of that. * The building is made of wood and it is super squicky. Any time somebody walks on the 2nd floor or climbing up the stairs there is so much noice created. * The bathroom sink does not have usual Hot/Cold taps, instead you...

"It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that."
