"Lovely wine and charcuterie in the late afternoon and a very nice breakfast. The building is rather old and needs more in the way of maintenance, but it had its charms. The room was a suite, so quite large and comfortable. The one real drawback was the slowest internet with damned near zero bandwidth. How slow? Slow enough that NEITHER of the two televisions (bedroom and 'living room') could stream the TV! We had our books."

Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."

It is a good bit away from stores (as it says in the description) so plan accordingly! The pool table and hot...
