"The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs."

"The property was quite luxurious for the price, with large rooms and a well maintained garden. All the staff was attentive and kind. The only thing i wòuld lime the hotel to change is reduce use of single use plastic."

"Pros : clean, friendly staff Cons : no wifi in rooms, no nut free desserts We also booked the Italian restaurant on friday and we were told it was closed and to go try the Lebanese ?? A bit disappointing"
