Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

Our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and harmful. On our first day, we purchased sunscreen from the hotel’s bazaar. The seller claimed it was high-quality and made in England. It was completely fake. We are a family of six, and all of us got severely sunburned after using it for just one day. When we returned to the bazaar to complain, the seller laughed at us and gave us an aloe vera gel, which was also fake and made our skin even worse. A doctor later confirmed that both products had harmful chemicals that caused chemical burns, and we were all prescribed cortisone for treatment. We reported the incident to the reception, but the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. When we visited the bazaar again with the General Manager, the seller suddenly brought out an original product, clearly proving he knew he was selling fake ones. The GM promised to contact us the next day with a solution, but no one followed up. The bazaar is still selling these fake and dangerous products, and no one at the hotel seems to care. This is unacceptable behavior from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Our vacation was completely ruined, our health was affected, and we received zero support. We demand an apology, compensation, and immediate action against this vendor. Otherwise, we will be forced to escalate the matter and make our experience public.

Il resort è molto bello e nuovo, camere ampie e i ragazzi sono tutti gentilissimi. Il punto mare è pessimo, barriera corallina inesistente, qualche pesce ma niente di che, sono rimasta molto delusa (purtroppo io mi sono fidata di chi scriveva che c’era una bella barriera). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto bisogno del medico in quanto il pesce “chirurgo” ha attaccato il mio compagno al piede e non avendo l’assicurazione ci hanno chiesto “dai 600 ai 1000€” per dei punti (che non abbiamo fatto mettere) su un taglio che quando siamo arrivati a casa era già chiuso (abbiamo comunque pagato 131€ per visita e fasciatura). Inoltre bisogna organizzare meglio il trasporto dall’aeroporto senza far aspettare più di un’ora per partire e andare al resort che comunque dista un’ora e mezza.

È la seconda volta che torno qui; la prima volta a ottobre 2024 quando ancora c’era il soft opening e la seconda ora a fine maggio. Che dire , il resort è FANTASTICO. È completamente nuovo, le stanze (sopratutto le Fabulos) sono enormi, pulite e comodissime. I ristoranti ed il cibo veramente veramente eccezionali. Barriera corallina buona, purtroppo si vede che il tempo la sta deteriorando ma tra tante viste non è poi così male! Può capitare di nuotare con la tartaruga marina anche nei pressi della barriera del resort. Poi c’è molto da nuotare e vedere. Si può costeggiare tutta la costa di barriera corallina fino ai due resort che ci sono accanto : sunshine e fantazia. Che dire, consiglio 100% Un grande saluto allo staff gentilissimo e sopratutto ad Amr che lavora al bar di piazza bar, un ragazzo d’oro. Andate andate andate !

Siamo una coppia giovane e dinamica. Questa struttura ci ha permesso di godere di completo relax e anche di poter vivere con dinamicità le nostre giornate, tra la palestra con sauna e spa, spiaggia attrezzata con un comodo pontile per ammirare il reef e la fauna marina spettacolare, lunghe passeggiate mattutine o serali. Per i più pigri relax assicurato in piena tranquillità. Il divertimento è sempre all’angolo: le innumerevoli piscine con i bar adiacenti offrono a tutte le ore cocktail e snack, l’animazione è presente ma mai invadente. Le serate animate dalla musica dal vivo sono gradevoli. Abbiamo mangiato bene, un offerta per tutti i gusti anche se avrei gradito qualche pietanza tradizionale egiziana e piatti di pesce poco presenti. Buffet di dolci e frutta buono. Personale cordiale e simpatico Da migliorare: pulizia nelle stanze superficiale; l’orario della palestra più flessibile e magari aggiungere un bilanciere per i pesi. Aggiungerei il gelato e altri snack di frutta e verdura nel pomeriggio. Se dovessi scegliere Marsa Alam per le prossime vacanze di sicuro Sentido Reef Oasis sarà la nostra scelta.

La struttura è nuova, molto bella, ampia ma ben organizzata, e tutto è abbastanza comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi. La nostra camera Premium era spaziosa e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile, come in tutto il Resort. Il personale dell’hotel è sempre stato disponibile e cortese. Il Resort è un luogo tranquillo, dove è davvero piacevole soggiornare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo, in particolare nel ristorante italiano. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è il servizio bevande, che a volte può risultare un po’ lento. La barriera corallina di fronte al Resort è abbastanza colorata e offre una buona varietà di pesci, migliore rispetto a quella di altri resort vicini. L’unica nota dolente è l’animazione, piuttosto soft, soprattutto quella italiana. Tuttavia, gli spettacoli serali in stile Broadway e latino sono stati belli. La posizione è comoda per escursioni al Parco Nazionale Wadi el Gemal, alla spiaggia di Ras Hankorab (Sharm El Luli) e per le uscite dal porto di Marsa Alam, come la Dolphin House. Siamo stati davvero bene ed è un posto dove torneremo volentieri. Consigliato!

Bellissima struttura nuova di lusso, camera spaziosa stupenda. Pulizia eccellente. Resort bello grande, con tante piscine moderne, bel design ed una bella spiaggia. Unica cosa è un po' dispersivo, non ci sono piccoli pullman all'interno del resort, ma è piacevole camminarci. Il servizio potrebbe migliorare, i camerieri dei bar e ristoranti capitava che dimenticassero l'ordine, un po' distratti e lenti. Il bagnino della piscina riscaldata faceva occupare le sdraie per ore senza che ci fosse mai nessuno. L'intrattenimento buono, tutti simpatici e carini. Cibo nella media, i drink non buonissimi. Però a parte ciò, siamo stati bene, ed eravamo tristi di andare via!! La struttura è molto bella, se il servizio migliorasse, diventerebbe perfetta.

Ein wunderbares, sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit sehr großzügiger, sehr gepflegter Garten- und Poollandschaft. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen, weitläufigen Strandabschnitt und sehr viel Poolfläche, so dass die Gäste nicht schon um 6:30 Uhr die Liegen reservieren und man auch noch um 11 Uhr einen schönen Platz findet. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist über einen Steg mit zwei Einstiegen möglich. Das Hausriff ist ok, in der Umgebung ca. 15-30 Min. mit dem Auto finden sich aber sehr schöne Tauchplätze. Die Essensqualität ist für all-inklusive sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr vielfältig. Die Gästemischung war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Eine bunte Mischung aus jüngeren Paaren, Familien und Rentnern. Die Gäste kamen aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Tschechien. Saufpublikum war erfreulicherweise nicht anzutreffen. Animation wurde angeboten, aber von den Gästen bis auf einen Tag, an dem es eine nachmittagliche Schaumparty in Poolnähe gab, sehr zurückhaltend angenommen. Auch die Lautstärke der Musik war stets sehr angenehm, nie störend. Das Abendprogramm, das in deutlicher Entfernung von den Zimmer stattfand, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir können das Hotel für alle, die einen eher ruhigen Strand- und Poolurlaub in einem schönen Hotel suchen, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
