"Once we got the hang of things, it was an overall nice stay and good value. I felt that general information was lacking. We got in late and although I had had a conversation with Vacasa the day before about what to do, they didn't explain thoroughly - which I found out standing in front of the 2nd office at 10pm. They provided a map which was nice, but there's no signage or anything to help find your way in the dark when you've never been there. You get 2 check in packets but they contain...

The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything...

"We loved our little slice of beach heaven. The condo was facing the beach and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The location was just perfect. There is so much beach and lots of space for everyone to spread out. We always bring our own beach equipment, but the host does provide chairs and an umbrella in the closet which was a nice touch. "This rental in the Dunescape complex is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom balconies are beautiful and relaxing. The bed was much better than in most rental units. The wide, clean beach was accessible by several private boardwalks. There is a clean, salt water pool just outside the unit. Our stay here was just the relaxing getaway we had hoped. Thanks to Matt, our host."
