"We were looking for a place with several bedrooms for our group and the Castle was great. It's a funky little place which perfectly fit our needs. Leslie is an awesome host, super nice, she made us feel so welcome. It was so nice to be able to chill in the hot tub after a long day!"

"The place was very clean. The location could not have been more perfect. It is on a sleepy side street away from any noise, but a 3 minute walk has you in the center of Napa. Everything felt like it was recently renovated. I cannot recommend this place enough!The only thing that may be a concern to some is that the second bedroom is in the loft, which means it is not enclosed. This proved to be no issue for us, but if a pair of couples wanted to share the space, one set of couples would not have...

Theyre right near a couple bus stops too so it was easy to get around. Everything was clean and if we had any questions they responded quickly. Great place to stay and would again!"

"The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. "

"The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention "

"This was my second stay at the property. The location, rooms and staff have been consistently great. The only downside would have to be room noise. There were very loud guests in adjoining rooms that were yelling and partying well into 2am-3am each night. Also, guests were sitting out on the fire escape smoking and drinking right outside the bedroom windows, which was not only disruptive but unsafe. Again, the staff and facilities themselves were fantastic, but be prepared to hear everything...
