The owner reached out to me prior to my visit to ask if I was interested in a room upgrade to one with a waterfront view, at no extra costs, due to a last minute cancellation. When I arrived, I called due to a question, and the owner Wendy was so kind and responsive. The room was so nice and the views were exceptional.
