"The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired."

"We usually stay near the beach, but our daughter was graduating so we wanted to be closer to campus and we also had extra guests. This was a great place for what we needed! Very clean, great kitchen area, comfortable living area. Perfect for a stay for a UNCW family!"

"This is a great spot for your beach vacation. It’s within an easy walk to the beach, fishing pier, 4 great restaurants, a coffee shop, a little bar, and a burger shack. It feels like a classic beach bungalow with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small but usable. WiFi worked great and the porch with fenced in front yard gives you a perfect spot to relax."
