"There is a bakery on the first floor of the lobby which was very convenient for early mornings. There was a washer dryer but the drying takes 3 hours and it's not very sanitary because other people were able to put their laundry together with our laundry. The bathroom facilities were good and so was the bedroom. The staff were really helpful and assisted us with every question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"The Crowne plaza Suzhou was very clean. The bed very so comfortable and the room was good. The breakfast was superb. Lots of options both Chinese and western. It is located near a shopping centre and also easy access to the metro. There is a walkway around jinji lake accessible from the hotel. We ate 3 nights in the Prince restaurant in the hotel. On 2 occasions, the food was superb. On our last night, the service was dreadful and we waited over 1 hour for food. We asked for non spicy food...

The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor.
