"Wanted to cancel the stay but wasn't given a refunded. Was only offered 50% refund. Stayed there and wasted the time off from work. Wasted staying in the wrong location. Wasted money travelling. Stairs have no support for someone with knee problems. The bathroom doors have privacy locks. The apartment isn't the correct 1 which was displayed on your website. Totally different layout and everything. The kids next door was screaming and banging on the walls. Wouldn't be recommending...
