"Hotel was great. Spectacular views. Rooms were huge. Have to pay for valet parking. Self parking is very small and usually always full. Other parking lot seemed like a mile away. Opt for valet. "

"The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever."
