The Property was fine because I'd stayed there before. But what I didn't like is that people with the huge Pets which I'm a pet owner. But on the floor I stayed on 2nd Floor this White gentleman dog was outta control. What i don't understand why Major Hotels doesn't have one floor in designated area for pets.

I paid for a suite to accommodate my family and at 10pm. I noticed the let out couch wasn’t working. They say they forgot to tell me smh. We had to relocate to another room.

Was given a room with people already in it. Room changed a total of three times for a one night stay. Was woken up by front desk at midnight and told they need to see my credit card right then and there. Soft spots in the floor of the hallways. Won’t be going back.

The ladies at the desk did not have welcoming energy. It says no parties or celebrations when you walk in and I don’t like that. People book hotel rooms to escape or for celebrations. When someone is spending 300-400 on a room , they should be informed online as well. I don’t like the workers. The place was very clean. But the ladies tried to tell us the housekeeper was off so they didn’t have any clean pool towels. Literally didn’t wanna give us anything. Book elsewhere before settling here. Pool area was loud because they allowed an elder to blast her boom box which was annoying.

We really felt welcomed and greatly appreciated the entire staff - so friendly and helpful! Our room and the common areas were very clean. The only suggestion would be to get better pillows - they were very flat and not supportive for a side sleeper.
