"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"

"A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."

"The hotel contacted me in advance to let me know the special circumstances occurring on my anticipated day of arrival. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Unfortunately, I was very sick and could not get to the hotel so I cannot provide more information about the hotel. My friends said it was great."

"Close to spar supermarket, 5 min drive to hintertux glaicer. Staff was very nice, we asked to change the temp of the hot tube and it was done. Good but not great breakfast"

"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"From the welcome at checkin to our departure a week later this was a blissful experience. Food was superb, aprés ski facilities extensive, saunas, large pool enabling lap swimming, gym, steam room, infra red cabin, rooms & beds comfortable, excellent design in all aspects. Directly opposite Eggalm gondola, next to bus stop connecting to other ski areas within 15 minutes, including Hintertux glacier skiing at 3200 meters. "Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded.
