"We really enjoyed our 4 days in one of the apartments here. They are on an upper level of an ultra-modern building, which is very nicely set up. Comfortable bed and bedding! We were completely self-catering, so did not try the adjacent restaurant. The apartments, which are carefully designed to high ecological standards (including the heating systems), have a balcony alongside a green roof with a view of hills beyond. "Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Mayrhofen. Zum Skibus ist es nicht sonderlich weit und man ist ruck zuck an der Penkenbahn. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Hochbetten wirkten, gerade für erwachsene Personen, nicht so vertrauenserweckend. Wir haben es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und nach unserer Abreise wurde sich dies direkt angeschaut."

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

Everything was perfect!

"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"
