Rundown facility. had to ask for toiletries including hand soap. The towel hanger was pulled off the wall sitting on the floor. Water pressure sucks. If you want water it will cost you $1

The stay was Great in terms of Good Enough if all one wants is a stay- the staff and cleanliness is great but the rest is pretty basic and I thought the daily charges don’t warrant the basic accommodation that they have.

If I could give no stars I would! STAY AWAY from this place , unless you like staying at a dirty shelter. My boyfriend and I tried to have a fun weekend downtown took the train into Chicago and wanted to stay somewhere before we drove hours home. Well we looked at THREE rooms and then decided to go home. By law rooms are required to have smoke detectors these rooms Do NOT !!! First room it was hanging open no battery, didn’t look 2nd room, third room it was wrapped in plastic wrap. The place is disgusting floors not vacumed, sheets had stains on them in multiple rooms, the first room the tables were still dirty stuff splattered on the headboard, chair was untouchable disgusting. Counters stained with pink stuff spilled all over. Elevator floors nasty everything about it was dirty. Then I upgraded for a jacuzzi tub and there’s one room and the tub was taped together with clear tape and moldy. I regret that I didn’t read the reviews first and went off the 6 rating, that’s a joke ! Now the manager is refusing to refund any of my money which was way too much for this place . obviously need that money more than I do and they enjoy scamming people so theres bad karma ! They should be embarrassed and ashamed!

Normally I travel with my boyfriend so I always feel safe, this time I traveled alone and didn’t feel safe at all. The hotel seems like it’s being updated, but they’re people staying there that seem shady.

Our room flooded at the door after my shower, so we spoke with service who kindly gave us a new room. We’re now both sporting itchy bedbug wounds from our single overnight sleep experience.

Everything was clean but some minor defects. Toilet paper holder broken, lamp shade broken and the room smelled really bad. The odor was moldy musty and running the fan and cooler temperature did not change the odor. The odor was the worst I have experienced, and I stay in hotels about 10-12 times per year.

The sheets and blankets had many stains. The breakfast was not kept full and the coffee machine did not work, only one cereal to choose from, oatmeal tasted old, bread only white. The first room they gave us smelled bad, they were kind enough to give us a new room. No ice buckets in rooms or coffee pot. Microwave didnt work in room. Refrigerator froze everything. All in all needs updates and more help.
