"The room was nice and parking was easy. The hostess was helpful and ensured we knew where the closest parking spot was to the room, and what the available amenities were. The ac unit runs all the time which can be a bit annoying as it heats/cools the room to the set temp. The starbucks downstairs is convenient, and the restaurant in walking distance was awesome. I recommend staying here, it is very nice. "

"Everyone who works there is so friendly, and the hotel is very clean!. We arrived a day early so our room wasn't ready. They let us stay in the King Suite that night, of course, at that room rate for the night and with the Best Western discount, BUT they let us stay in that room for the next 3 days at the Expedia rate! We didn't have to move to another room! We've never stayed in a King Suite before so this was quite special! Thank you Best Western North Odessa for making our stay memorable!"
